In 2008, Team Cycle Works continued to show strong results on the road thanks to its Cat 3 racers: Andy Johnson, Aaron Mackley, and Ryan Linder-Hess
The 2007 Season
The 2007 season saw new road jerseys. Sponsored by Jamis Bicycles, The Cycle Works, and other local companies, the road team saw several of its riders dominate the Pennsylvania scene as Cat 4's.
The 2003-2006 Seasons
Everyone around here recalls the "bone bike" jersey. The child's bike in The Cycle Works' current logo was the original logo of the store. The "bone bike" logo was crafted about 15 years ago to protest a proposed nuclear waste dump in neighboring Hellam Township. Well, times have changed and no nuclear waste dump was ever built in Hellam. 2008 marked the retirement of the "bone bike" although you will still see it around, especially in the winter when everyone dons their old jerseys and jackets.
Between 2003 and 2006 the team grew to be a recognizable part of the mountain scene and some members even began to dabble on the pavement.
